Dr. Dan Shah PhD is so smart and gifted in the running of his business. He is 100% committed to meet his customer specific needs. Every time I phoned or messaged him for a question he replied in less than 10 minutes! He is on top of things and has wonderful social skills. We were seeking home care for our 92 year old mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s; fortunately, Redan was able to send Carlette to help and she was a God send! I had caregiver services provided by Redan for over a year. They took care of all services for my mother and father. My father had Alzheimer’s and my mother was completely bed-ridden. Redan was able to help my father and mother a great deal for an extended period. I could not have afforded the amount of care i needed any other way. They covered over 16 hours of care per day and handled every personal service imaginable. They regularly handled all services including changing, dressing, feeding, trips to the store and appointments. They were willing to work with us to allow our small budget to cover the immense care needs that were required. The owner made sure all shifts were covered even when there were issues with individual caregivers (sick or unplanned absence). Thanks Redan!

Care for my dad

My dad left a nursing facility worse than when he went in. Before he got home we had to find home health care to care for him so we could have time for other things. A friend introduced us to Dan and we called to discuss a plan of care.

Dan came, was very professional and considerate of our needs. He set up care for my dad and we are very satisfied with the help Redan has provided.

Stellar Respite Care

I needed some home healthcare due to a near fatal accident in August with multiple injuries. After my Hospital discharge, I called approx. 5 or 6 different companies and Redan stood out as one of the best. The owner personally gave me an in home consultation with no obligation and he gave me various options to suit my needs. I only needed approx. 10 hours per week and obviously didn’t become one of his biggest client but the personal attention made me feel that he really cared and treated me as if I were one of his clients who needed more hours. The caretakers that were provided were very good to excellent and when there were a few problems with scheduling, Dan was right on it immediately and gave it his utmost attention. The caretakers helped with light housekeeping, massage therapy, helping with exercising, medications, personal hygiene, and much more. The assistance was much appreciated and affordable and very nice. The attention given helped me quite a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Redan Medical.

Highly competent caregiver at a competitive fee

The first caregiver Redan sent did not work out well for me. She had a good attitude and made an honest effort but wasn’t right for my needs for other reasons. However, this is not grounds for reaching a conclusion regarding the performance of an agency because this can happen the first time any agency provides a caregiver. The important thing is that Dan used the feedback from me and the caregiver to find another caregiver that better fit my needs. The second day he sent me a caregiver, she was excellent. Not only did she have the right experience and skills to serve my needs competently, she did so quickly and with a positive attitude. Redan’s fees are reasonable and competitive compared to others. I will call on Redan the next time I need a caregiver and I recommend them to others who need a caregiver.

Better Than I Expected

The care Tran has been giving my Mom, who has Alzheimers, has been phenomenal. Even though it’s not a full time positiion, she fully monitors my Mom’s well being from beginning of day til the end of her shift. From diaper changing to showering to prepping her food and feeding her. She’s been great. Plus she’s not afraid to contact me if something does not seem normal. I have full confidence that she’s taking care of my Mom relieving me of any anxiety I frequently have with new caregivers. I recommend her hightly without any reservation.

After my mother’s hip replacement surgery she needed help getting settled in her house. I contacted Redan health and Dan was super helpful from the very beginning helping coordinate every step during a very difficult period. Ms. Jamileh who helped my mom was also very kind and helpful. love, love, love this company. When my caregiver quit unexpectedly. I came across this company online which turns out to be the best thing for a stroke recovering person like me. I contacted the company and Dan immediately scheduled a home assessment appointment with me. He came to my house in person to access my living environment and found out my needs and went over the terms and policies of the company with me which all sounded very reasonable. Since I needed a caregiver immediately. I went with this company on the spot! I am so glad I did because not long after he left. He contacted me telling me he found a caregiver for me and assured me that if I do not like this caregiver all I need to do is to let him know and he will find me a new one. It is just that simple. When the first caregiver did not meet all my needs. I contacted Dan and he immediately found me another one who is amazingly positive, friendly and professional that left me speechless. For those of you searching for the best Caregiving Service for your loved one, look no further than Redan Medical.
I knew i would instinctively know when it was time to get a caregiver to help with my Mom.
The sad thing is I was in denial. thinking I was Superwoman and could handle this all by myself. Mom, bless her heart, is 98.
I started to get caregiver burnout. Feelings of being overwhelmed and of inadequacy started to creep in. I recalled my neighbor saying, if you ever need help, i know of a caregiver.
shortly after hiring her, I found myself waiting on the caregiver. She never lifted a hand to help wash Mom’s dishes, clean her room, Instead with her spare time after feeding and changing mom, with an occasional wash, listened to book on-line.
One day, she said she was sorry but she couldn’t come in the mornings anymore, but could come at noon, but only a couple days……
I left the room, trying not to act shocked. I went back to her “oh, oops, sorry to interrupt your book, but when does this start? “Tomorrow” she said.
Without delay, I turned to the internet and found Redan Medical. That same day, Danial called and we set up an appointment for the next day, although he said he could meet me and my mom the same day and have a caregiver in place in the morning.
I was a little apprehensive, however her came Danial the next day and on time.
We chatted. He met my Mom, my dog Marley and my two cats. Which Marley fell in love with Danial immediately, usually she is shy, if she had her way, she would have sat in his lap, however, she’s a big golden retriever.
He explained I would have the opportunity to interview each caregiver until I felt comfortable with whomever i chose. He said they all have had training, they were bonded, and they carried insurance. He left me copies of the bonds, insurance, etc. He called me that night and set appointments for caregivers to interview the morning
I was so pleasantly surprised, they do light housekeeping, too! I had to pinch myself am i dreaming?
Let me tell you if Redan Medical wants me to be their cheerleader….I now have time to do it! His staff of Caregivers are so patient with my mom,, they are kind, conscientious, professional, happy employees. I am pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and the ability of the caretakers for my 85 yr. old mother who has had injuries and suffers with dementia. Danial is an absolute professional and has been a true partner in getting over hurdles at the last minute. I totally trust him and his care team. His understanding of care that is needed and ability to find solutions has been a great help, as I navigate caregiving for my mom , all while working a full time job. Care for my wife has been very good, the personnel provided by Redan Home Heath Care make sure that she has a breakfast and lunch everyday.
They also make sure that she has a shower every day, the caregivers stay with her to make sure that she dose not fall. They also make sure that she takes her med’s every day.

My elderly father needed some extra help.  I’m a working mom so it’s difficult for me to be with him all the time.  I called Redan and spoke with Dan and he was extremely helpful.  I knew my father would be against this, but on our initial meeting, Dan was great when talking to my dad. He made him feel comfortable and safe knowing that someone would be there to help him.  My dad now has a caretaker 3 times a week and she is wonderful! And my dad loves having her there! We contacted Redan about a year and a half ago for our Dad, who was 94 at the time. We wanted to have a home care company to use “just in case” we needed it. Our Dad was very capable and fully functioning, but we knew there might be a time when he would need in-home assistance. This week, the time came when my Dad needed help. A fall left him with a fracture near his shoulder. We contacted Dan and he was able to find a caregiver that was a great match for our Dad and he did so with only a few hours notice. We worried that our Dad would be hesitant and not willing to accept the help. Our fears were quickly dismissed after the very first time Dad met Gill. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Redan for making this difficult time a little easier.

Above and Beyond Expectations

This is a review of Redan Medical Home Health. At the age of 92 and after a a week stay at Hoag Hospital in early July 2021. my Grandmother Barbara Hansen who had until that time remained very healthy and independent started to decline in health both physically and mentally. My Uncle through his insurance contacts as well as very kind social worker was recommended Redan for home health. Today is October 19th 2021 and I am very thankful for the recommendations and couldn’t imagine not using Redan’s service. Dan is very helpful and worked with us to make a schedule that works for us. Making a set schedule adjusted specifically for your needs with professional and timely service, gives you peace of mind and ability to be proactive instead of reactive during a difficult time. Lulu whom my grandmother adores and looks forward to seeing 3 times a week, has been unbelievable. There is no review or rating of Lulu that could ever quantify or express my families appreciation for the care Lulu gives my Grandma. She has a heart of gold, extreme patience, and truly one of the kindest and most caring person I have ever had the pleasure to get to know.

Our experience with Redan Medical was very positive. Quality caregivers. Special caring professionals. Mom really liked Natalie and Patty. Natalie would help with the physical therapy and mom improved physically. The schedules are flexible so you could ask for alot of help when the patient comes home from rehab to lessening the time as their needs change. Wonderful Job

Hi Dan. Just wanted you to know Sireen is doing a wonderful job with Heidi. They seem to really like each other so she is providing the companionship Heidi needed. Sireen is also helping Heidi maneuver safely around her home, makes sure she eats, helps with medication management, and she keeps the house straightened up which is calming for Heidi. Last week I had to take Heidi for unexpected oral surgery which took 3 dentist visits. Heidi was really struggling to walk and climb stairs those days and Sireen was invaluable helping me get Heidi to each visit and back plus she kept a close eye on her after the surgery. Heidi tells me each day how happy she is with the arrangement. Thank you.

I am so grateful to Dan for providing the best caregiver my elderly brother could ask for. Mary picked my brother up from the nursing facility, drove him home, and started caring for him then and there. She has driven him to doctor’s appointments and other important errands. A bond of trust was created between them and he lets her help him take a shower. She organizes his meds into daily doses, cooks and cleans for him, all while listening to his stories. Mary has not let my brother slide into his familiar, but unhealthy lifestyle. She’s been there through thick and thin to help him, and I couldn’t ask for more. Living so far away, it gives me comfort to know my dear brother is in her unwavering care.

Called Redan Medical for help with my 100 year old Mother. Daniel can with 3 woman for my mother’s review. I was told that if mother did not feel comfortable, that we could interview another three.
Mother is so happy with who we picked. I really thought that this would be hard for the age of mother. She can not stop talking about her. She make a good breakfast and a snack, takes her for a short walk and than a lunch. Our caregiver leaves (our request)so mother takes a nap and comes back at 4:00 and gives mother a snack while she get mother dinner ready. She also gives a shower and light house duty. After dinner they watch TV and talk. Our care giver get mother bed ready for her and always ask is there anything else I can do before I leave.
What a god sent for me.
